Terms of delivery
- The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
- The product, provided that units are available in stock, will be delivered in 24 hours from the day following the order date. In case of not having enough stock, NIRVEL COSMETICS USA CORP. will inform the customer via e-mail.
- On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
- In case of delay in delivery, it will not imply any cancellation of the order or any compensation.
- An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and he signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all the anomalies on the delivery receipt.
- Shipping Information:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, shipping method selected and package weight.
We currently ship within the United States through third-party shipping carriers. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, supply chain disruptions or events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
